Ah, dear reader. Absence makes the heart grow fonder. It has been a while, but I thought I’d email at a familiar time to alert you to the latest edition of my Clash column. We’ve got September’s releases wrapped up for you, with The Coral, The Boo Radleys, Super Furry Animals, The House Of Love, a Small Batch one-step of Thelonious Monk, Rachel Sermanni, The Gentle Good, Precious Recordings’ BBC Sessions 10”s, Blue Note Tone Poets, Prince and plenty more.

I’ll be in touch again soon, as I’m putting together a box of delights ahead of DJ-ing at a special event being hosted by my local indie, Raves From The Grave. Having dug through the collection, I have some thoughts to knock into shape that I hope will be of interest to you all. And, if you’re anywhere near the south west of England, you might want to make a note for Sunday October 22nd. The shop has a lot of excellent stock that they’re going to mark down for the event, with boxes of new vinyl at a discount of at least 50%. Details below.
Anyway, hope you’re all well and thanks for sticking with me here. I’m also now on Bluesky - justplayed - given the current roaring skip fire occurring on Twitter. How lucky we are to still have the magic of music, eh?
